to give you?
A: Normally, we need at least three days of notice
but we can place someone within 24hours if needed.
Q: How are your caregivers chosen?
A: All of our caregivers are thoroughly screened,
interviewed and references checked. They are fully oriented and chosen
through their experience, dependability, and caring. Each caregiver is
Bonded and Insured.
Q: Do we pay the caregiver?
A: No, we pay the caregiver because they are our
employees and paid through our regular payroll. We handle all the billing,
payroll, taxes, insurance and administrative responsibilities so you have
no worries at all.
Q: What are your rates?
A: We offer flexible and competitive prices rate and
are amendable to specific clients.
Q: Are your services available for elderly in nursing
facilities or living facilities?
A: Yes, we provide services to care facility
residents who desire one on one companionship and/or personalized
assistance.
Q: What happens if my caregiver is sick or needs a
time-off?
A: That’s why we have team effort in caring for our
clients. If the caregiver gets sick, we can replace them as quickly as
possible. If care giver needs a time-off, another is always available with
similar experience to cover for them.
